Leaning Tower of London - HDR

This photograph has such beautiful colour, it's unbelievable! The tower is wonderfully centred and the reflections in the windows make for great contrast to the rust-orange frame of the building itself.

I love the dark, wispy clouds in the sky, too, with that little break where the light comes through. Something feels almost post-apocalyptic about the photograph until my eyes reach street level and there are still people around, going about their jobs.

This could be an iconic picture - it's beautiful, eye-catching and very contemporary. It would probably look better, I think, without the City-Link van at the bottom and ideally without the builder (next to the van) as then the shot is one hundred percent architecture. But it's unlikely you'd ever get such a clear shot in such a location so this is probably the best this photo could realistically get <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Wink)"/>
